Refund and Cancellation Policy
Once you have paid for your Kundali on the Bhagya Bhavishya app, we cannot provide a refund. However, if there is any issue with the information provided in your Kundali, we can replace it with a new one with the correct details. This replacement is subject to the condition that you must contact us within 4 hours of making the payment, and the issue must be related to incorrect information provided by you, such as date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, or name.
As the services provided by the Bhagya Bhavishya app are digital, cancellation of the order is not possible once the payment is made.
As all our services are digital, we do not offer any returns for the Kundali once it has been delivered.
